Our origins in Melbourne date back to 1861, with early construction projects including The Windsor Hotel and the Princess Theatre. This makes us Australia's oldest construction company.
From this background Hooker Cockram has continued to grow and create landmark projects in Victoria including The Sidney Myer Music Bowl and the Tullamarine Airport Hilton Hotel. We continue to expand our portfolio in Victoria with a wide variety of construction projects and support to specialist pharmaceutical clients.
Our current project portfolio includes state universities, health institutes and design and construct projects for private clients, throughout Victoria.
We operate in all parts of regional Victoria with a regional office focused on Central and Western Victoria. We employ experienced project teams located in Western and Northern Victoria.
New South Wales
Hooker Cockram has operated in Sydney formally for over a decade and the NSW division continues to grow. We deliver projects of significance for clients in the pharmaceutical, health and institutional sectors. Hooker Cockram NSW prides itself on maintaining repeat clients, with successful projects completed for notable clients including retail companies Coles and Woolworths, Roche Products, Sydney University and Blacktown City Council.
